Board Biographies

Paul Mawson – Chair

Paul Mawson is a transformation and housing development leader with 30 years of executive experience. As founding CEO of Sixty Bricks Limited, he oversaw an £80m housing programme for LB Waltham Forest. His career spans consultancy and programme management roles across the NHS, local authorities and housing associations. He is known for his strategic leadership, governance expertise and commitment to regeneration.

Amelia McCann – Vice Chair

Amelia McCann is a development and housing expert with extensive experience in affordable housing, programme management and stakeholder engagement. Currently Land Manager at Citizen Housing Group, she has held senior roles at ARK Consultancy, Persimmon Homes and Bromford Group. She has served as Vice‑Chair and Board Member at St Basils Housing Association, contributing to governance and strategic development.

Alan Stephen Folley – Non‑Executive Director

Alan Folley is a seasoned advisor and investor in the care home sector with over 25 years’ experience. He serves as Director at Hamilton Healthcare Advisors and HFL Advisers, providing strategic guidance to major healthcare funds and coordinating sale‑and‑leaseback portfolios. His earlier career included senior roles at Daiwa Europe Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank, specialising in structured finance, credit analysis and regulatory engagement.

Bradley Guy Stratford – Non‑Executive Director (Chair of RARC)

Brad Stratford is a compliance and risk specialist with over 30 years in financial services. He has held senior compliance roles at Goldman Sachs, HSBC, BlackRock and AXA Investment Management. His expertise spans regulatory advisory, risk audits, AML and complex product approvals. He is a Chartered Member of the CISI and has led multiple regulatory transformation projects.

David C. Taylor BA FCCA FCMI – Non‑Executive Director

David Taylor is an accomplished Director of Finance with over 20 years of experience in housing and property finance. Currently at Agudas Israel Housing Association, he has led finance teams and implemented financial systems across multiple organisations. His expertise includes treasury management, VAT, audit and long‑term strategic financial
planning.

Iain Murray – Non‑Executive Director; Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC)

Iain Murray is an experienced public sector leader with nearly 25 years of expertise in public finance, audit and organisational transformation. As an Executive Director at CIPFA, he leads major national and international programmes in public financial management, policy and assurance. His background includes serving as Director – Public Sector at Grant Thornton UK LLP, acting as Key Audit Partner for complex public bodies. At 3CHA, he provides strategic oversight of complaints handling, governance, risk and regulatory compliance.
