1. What is 3CHA?
3CHA is a supported housing provider offering safe, secure, and well-managed accommodation for individuals who need extra support to live independently. We work closely with support agencies to help tenants thrive in their homes and communities.
2. Who can apply for supported housing with 3CHA?
Our housing is available to individuals referred by local authorities, support agencies, or care providers. If you think you or someone you support may be eligible, please contact us or speak to your support worker.
3. What kind of support does 3CHA provide?
While 3CHA provides the housing and property management, we work in partnership with support providers who offer help with daily living, budgeting, mental health, substance recovery, and more — depending on your individual needs.
4. How do I report a repair?
You can report a repair by:

5. What happens after I report a repair?
We’ll assess the urgency of the repair and schedule a visit. Emergency repairs are attended within 24 hours, urgent repairs within 5 working days, and routine repairs within 20 working days. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
6. What should I do in an emergency?
If there’s an emergency (e.g. fire, flood, no heating in winter), call our emergency repairs line which will be posted on your noticeboard of your property. If there’s a danger to life, call 999.
7. Can I decorate or make changes to my home?
Please contact us before making any changes. We want you to feel at home, but some alterations may need approval to ensure safety and compliance with tenancy agreements.
8. How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. You can contact us directly or speak to your support worker.  We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

We provide a range of supported housing options, including shared and self-contained accommodation, tailored to meet the needs of individuals with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, substance recovery needs, and those at risk of homelessness.
3. How can my organisation refer someone to 3CHA?
