Emergency Repairs (within 24 hours)

· 🚽 Faulty toilet (if another is available)

Routine Repairs (within 20 working days)

· 🚰 Dripping taps
· 🧱 Loose tiles or flooring

· 🎨 Minor plastering or painting

Once we receive your request:

Step 4: Access and Completion


Please ensure someone is home at the agreed time
